took my son in for his first haircut. we wanted to go to a place well known also that has been around for awhile, my mom reminded me of Pam’s. I called, we went in, all we needed was his bangs cut becuz we like it long, not only did they cut his hair perfectly, he started screaming and they didn’t get annoyed like most people would. it’s was very nice. at the end they told us they didn’t even really do anything to his hair so it was free of charge we told them no thank u so much we will pay but they insisted, and they saved all of his hair so we could keep it, and gave him a free toy!! hands down thee best customer service I ever had in my life. We will most deff be back!!
