Got a pedicure and the girl didn’t massage my feet, didn’t cut my toenails, didn’t clean my toenails with acetone before applying gel polish which they charge an extra $15 for and so when she applied the polish it is not smooth it is clumped and uneven. Told the owners and they refused to do anything about it. This could have been an easy fix ♀️ Clip my nails redo the polish. But they told me no and I needed to wait three weeks. They are extremely rude.

HANDS DOWN THE BEST NAIL SALON IN TEXARKANA! Johnny always takes care of my nail needs. He is always so nice and fun and knows his stuff when it comes to ensuring that I ALWAYS have beautiful nails. Lee was very rude and unprofessional after I told him a couple of my nails were bigger than some of the others. He told me that it wasn’t his fault and that my nails were made like that, he then proceeded to yell to go somewhere else and for me to get out of his store. I would not recommend and I will never go back.

I love this place! As soon as I walk in the door I feel welcome and very comfortable!! I have gotten my nails done there for about a year now. Johnny always does a great job on them and trust me I’m not always easy to please. I’m VERY picky about how my nails look and he always makes sure I’m happy with them before I leave. I get my feet and eyebrows done there also and have never had a bad experience with any of the men and women that work there!! If you are looking for a great place to get your nails pretty this is a wonderful place to go!!

This was my first time coming here and I have to say its the best I’ve ever had. She was very nice and accommodated me on certain parts of the pedicure I’m ticklish too. She spent time on my massage and everything instead of rushing bc others were waiting on her. I’m very impressed with this salon. Will definitely return to try all of the experiences they offer.
