Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueI went to Lee’s Nail Spa 10/4/21. I asked for a full gel nail set with french tips and a few stones on each ring finger. The work done on my nails was chunky not smooth at all. Was dissatisfied with the final product. I reached out to the salon and spoke to them asking for a partial refund. Lee does a fantastic job. She’s considerate and polite and she definitely knows what she’s doing. She and her husband are running a wonderful little salon and I’ve been going here for five years and will continue to come here for her service. They’re professionals, clean, and super sweet!

HORRIBLE quality for the price!! I went to get an ombre full set and what I got was a rushed horrible set of nails. The nail tech did let me know because I wanted coffin and ombre it would be more expensive, however honestly not worth 60$! I have attached the nails I wanted (1st picture) by saying “ombre” and what they looked like once I left (2nd picture). I went back the follow day to get them fixed but they were closed. I would honestly like a refund but I know they won’t do it. So all I can say is I’m never going back to them nor do I recommend their nail spa.

Safe place to get nails done. Super clean and sanitized constantly. Plexiglass, face shields, masks, gloves…. and everyone has to wash their hands as soon as they walk in. Great staff and tons of options. Prices are better than most in Harrisonburg.
