This was my first time coming to this place. I had a family wedding and I had to do my nails last moment. Kathy was so gentle enough to do my nails last minute. Walked in tonight asked for a mani/pedi and brow wax that was mediocre at best. The lady was super rough and disinterested. She did the mani/pedi and left without out a word. I waited for my brow wax and after about a,half hour the other lady said they were closed and no one to do my wax. She did apologize and offer a free brow wax another time but the original lady should have at least said something. Won’t be going back.
