Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI tried Lee’s Nails for the first time yesterday, after a bad experience at my usual salon, and their service was great! The salon was clean, and each of the nail technicians were very professional and polite. I tried Lee’s Nails for the first time yesterday, after a bad experience at my usual salon, and their service was great! The salon was clean, and each of the nail technicians were very professional and polite. I was impressed at how smoothly they operated when the salon was positively packed with pre-holiday customers like myself.

Critical: ProfessionalismIf I could rate this nail salon less than 1 star I would. Their prices are insanely high for the basic services they provide. I was charged an extra 8 dollars for “coffin shape” without being notified until check out. It also does not say that shaping is an added charge on any of their pricing boards. Please see photo attached for my “coffin shaped” nails. I think they may need a lesson one what what shape looks like. The nail technician was very quiet and would not communicate with me other than to tell me where to move my hand. In my opinion you can receive better service, prices, and friendliness at any other nail salon in town. If I could rate this nail salon less than 1 star I would. Their prices are insanely high for the basic services they provide. I was charged an extra 8 dollars for “coffin shape” without being notified until check out. It also does not say that shaping is an added charge on any of their pricing boards. Critical: QualityI don’t post reviews like this but I had to after my experience. I went as a walk-in on Sunday. They were friendly and welcoming. I got a manicure and pedicure. The lady who did my pedicure was nice, she did a really good job. But then when I got my nails done, she had to swap with someone else and another lady painted my nails. The next morning (not even 24 hours later) multiple nails were already chipped. I had a photoshoot later that day and I specifically got my nails done for it. I had to go home and rush to redo all my nails before I had to be at my photoshoot. I wasted my money getting a regular manicure. I should’ve stayed home and did them myself. And then on top of that, I couldn’t even call them to try to go get it fixed because they’re closed on Mondays. The lady who did my pedicure was nice, she did a really good job. But then when I got my nails done, she had to swap with someone else and another lady painted my nails. Positive: QualityFantastic manicure! The staff was so lovely. My nail stylist was incredibly meticulous and did a fantastic job. Felt like he genuinely took his time to make sure my nails were flawless. I got a dip manicure. Definitely will be returning!!
