I have been working with Mia for several years. This is a family-owned business. The salon is clean, quiet and relaxing. They do excellent work. Mia is meticulous. She takes her time and does each procedure properly, gently and beautifully. I live in another state during the week and see Mia on weekends. My colleagues and friends always clement me on the my beautiful nails. I highly recommend this salon. Mia, Kim and their brother Francis are the best.

I went in on Sept 5th 2022 , I walk in I had appt for 2:00 pm, I showed the lady (younger) the design I wanted and color, she tells me go pick color out which was weird I already showed her. Then I told her to please be careful with my finger due to a dog biting it a year ago (nerve damage) she says “oh you come back some other time when it don’t hurt” I told her it’s been a year and to just be careful she proceeded on then she went to put nails on the other side, she puts the glue on the finger then dips the fake nail into that blue liquid that they use to put over top the acrylic I told her that burns she says I think you come back some other time cause I have lots of people coming in for appt, I will Never Ever step foot into lees nails Ever again

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI was a customer for about 2 years and I am very disappointed with the poor customer service and how the owner or manager handle their customers . Very un respectful at the phone when the customer try to make another appointment. That is not a way to handle your customers. Remember you are successful due to your customers satisfactions in order to assure they would like to return back . If your customers satisfaction is poor you have the risk to loose every customer you currently have . Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Got my nails done 9/27 and ALL BUT 2 came off within 5 days. Called and explained the issue and was ttold to come get my nails fixed and when i showed up the owner refused to fix my nails without charging me. Do not waste your money here.
