After almost 8 years, I will never be conducting business with this establishment again. I was met with subtle hostility and selective overpricing simply for a fill. I was told a powder fill – which did not even attempt to match the color already existing on my nails was $50. I asked for a design over the perimeter of my nails (2) which was an additional $20 ($10 for one nail). When asked if the nail could be painted because the powder used did not match the original work, I was told my length warranted another $20 – simply for gel color. My fill was extremely rushed and no attention was paid to overall shape and application of the acrylic. I was then charged an additional $3 to utilize my card. My nails look rushed and actually quite childish. The owners need to maintain more professionalism towards ALL customers and provide service and QUALITY that matches the outrageous prices they have been charging.

When V was applying the acrylic on my nail, I told her I don’t put a thick layer of the acrylic make it thin. Which mean put less acrylic powder on the nail.She said, she’s going to make it thin when she fill it. From the angle in the nail salon it look ok. Until I went in my care and look at my nail more. I realize the application of the acrylic was uneven. On one nail, one side was flat, the other bulk. Some of the other nail was flat others bulky. All the nail or different shape. She didn’t take the time to apply the bass application properly and didn’t take time to shape it right. Rush the filling process. Then when I went back to get if fix.I explain to her that the arylic is bulky and She had the nerve to tell me I didn’t tell her I want flat nails? As I stated in the beginning, I explain again to her on how I want the nail to look thin now bulky. She is the one who fail to understand what I was saying and if you didn’t understand you should have ask what you mean. Then she told me my nail nail is curve, what????. Following with i do great nail so I don’t know what the problem. People say she do a good job on nails. I don’t have time to do it over again. With an attitude. so I told her I guess I will go some where else so they can fix it. Don’t get me wrong the design was fine but the shape of the nail was horrible. Was planning to go back and do other service they offer. But since what happen. They have official lost me as a customer.
