My husband and I came to this salon to get our feet done and i was seated right away to receive service. Once one of the tech’s were free from doing another customers nails, instead of serving my husband, he decided to sit his a** down in the chair to text in his phone when he could’ve been doing my husbands feet but instead a young women and child came in and he hop’s up from the chair and started doing her nails. So when the guy that was doing my feet was done im thinking he’s going to do my husband feet next but NOPE! (Now mind you, we was in there for an hour, 3 techs, and 3 customers, A stranger, myself, and my husband. So now in come another female (now its 4 of us) the gentleman that was doing my feet started to work on the female nails who just walked in. Five minutes past he walked over to my husband and ask him if he can come back or wait until he done with lady that just came in. We both flipped OUT! We was in there for a whole hour while my feet was being done the guy who decided to text in his phone could’ve been doing my husband feet at the same time that I was getting mines done and we both would’ve been out of there. Why keep taking in new customers when the customers thats already in the salon haven’t been seen yet?. Bad business and lazy clients. And not to mention the man that was doing my feet actually made my toe bleed from digging in to deep…Never will receive another dime from me.
