Huge rat ran across the salon while getting my nails done. The staff trapped it in a large PVC pipe and left it there. There was no music or TV playing to distract from the rat-trapped-in-pipe situation and all you heard was the rat clawing the pipe from the inside. It was an extremely disturbing appointment that made me question overall sanitation and hygiene practices. My nail tech was exceptionally dismissive about the traumatic experience and kept reassuring me by saying “you are okay.” I wanted to leave but had to wait for 3 very thick layers of nail polish and top coat to dry. Will not be returning for obvious reasons.

First dip experience and first time at this salon. It was clean and employees were nice. The nail tech was in a rush and did not apply in evenly throughout nail. Also the finish was glossy but not smooth. She put my nails in front of the fan only to have another employee come over and remove from the fan because she said you don’t do that with dip nails because it can cause imperfections.

On Saturday, July 31, I went to the salon in the morning. Everything was going well, a young woman was doing my toe nails and suddenly I began to hear an argument between the workers. I didn’t really understand what was going on, other than the fact that they spoke their language and as a foreigner I totally respect that they communicate in a different language. However, I felt very uncomfortable because one of the technicians had a terrible attitude and I felt that she was giving me a bad look. When it was time to do my hand nails, the woman who was arguing and looking at me uncomfortable told me that she would do my nails. I was completely confused and uncomfortable because I didn’t want her to do it. By the way, her name was Mary. She started doing my nails and she was very ROUGH. I had to ask her to be more delicate. She file too much around the nails and it made me feel a lot of pain. I realized that Mary was in a hurry as when one of her clients arrived, she stood up while finishing the manicure and welcomed her client. She also was giving me some “massages” that I felt like she wanted to take my arm off me. I have been going to this place for almost a year and I am really very disappointed, nobody gave me a solution to this problem. I paid for the whole service and another technician recommended using pain creams. It’s been three days and my nails still hurt.

I’m trying to find a new nail salon home since my beloved mail salon of over 5 years does not have dipping gel services. I recently switched over from shellac gel. I like this place, they are all very nice and so far very thorough. It’s clean and I easily find parking.

TRACY is amazing! I’ve tried practically every nail salon in this area. Each has been terrible in their own way BUT LEE HAIR AND NAILS IS DIFFERENT! I would recommend this place, especially Tracy, to EVERYONE. Nice,clean and most important, CARING STAFF. I will never go anywhere else!

Nice people and good work. The only reason I don’t come here much and wouldn’t recommend it to a friend is because they rush. Every time I leave here I have nice nails but cuts all around on almost every single finger! I paid $40+ for painful cuts.
