I had a weird experience a few years ago but I’m sure it wasn’t intentional…I went back for eyelash extensions and they fell off due to the glue not working with my lashes(oily skin could be the reason) but since that is the only glue they use here, they were willing to accommodate me and instead offer the credit towards a pedicure!!! That was awesome and great for business. They pedicure was super relaxing and she was very sweet about it. I will definitely be coming back regularly

I came in today for a pedicure with Tina ! She did Arcylic toes ! This was the absolute best pedicure I’ve ever recieved in my life ! She was very attentive , through and she also educated me . Very nice & welcoming . As long as she’s working ill never go to anyone else . Great service Pedicure

I will never go back here. The first time I went the experience was ok . The 2nd time I went to get a filling & just so happen to get the same guy from last time( idk his name) I asked him if he could round the corners this time & he said ok , but he ended up rounding the whole nail. I tell him that’s not what I meant & he says ok that he’s going to have to do the nail all over . I said ok that’s fine. So he then proceeds , to start aggressively ripping the nail off with nail clippers. It felt like my real nail was going to come off . So , I left!

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went to get my eyebrows done. I used to go here when I was younger and I remember them being ok. So I was escorted back to the area to get my eyebrows waxed and the area was dirty. The area had hairs covering the table where the wax was kept. The woman who did my brows rushed through, didn’t tweeze or trim or show me a mirror. Actually she didn’t even tell me she was done, she walked away then came back and expected me to know.When l asked for the mirror to see how they looked it was a chore for her. The results are not great. So I don’t reccomended them for eyebrows it’s a rushed sloppy not professional experience.I went to get my eyebrows done. They messed up my eyelashes and attempted to “fix them” the next day but that same day they were coming out again (no water on them at all).. But the next day was a Sunday so I couldn’t go since they were closed. I went back that Monday to try and get them redone all together, I wasn’t even asking for a refund, I just wanted to get what they promise and that is 2 weeks of wear. They flat out refused to help, so I asked for a refund (I was polite and recorded the whole thing), they continued to refuse and began speaking their language to one another in angry voices as if I weren’t there…I gave them a final chance to attempt fixing or giving me refund and they refused. I haven’t been there since but found out that the woman who did my lashes is not licensed to do so and that she glued the lashes to my eyelids instead of my lashes like she should have. I will never go back to that horrible place!!!!
