Awesome mom and pop feel, i can feel the generations that have come and gone here. Theyb sent to do traditional simple hair cuts, my request was more complex. They did a decent job but you can tell they didn’t have modern haircut experience. The atmosphere and gentle and extremely attentive attention deserves your money. Bring cash, they only accept cash.

I have been getting my haircut every 8-10 days for the last few years. They are always friendly and excited to see my family. They are consistent and able to accommodate my sons requests. We show them a picture and they always get the job done. Prices are fair and hour are great. After trying a few others in Stafford I can say this is the best spot.

Critical: QualityMy brother and I went for haircuts. My brother has extremely long hair for a man, shoulder length. His wife cut off about 2-4 inches when he asked for the length to be trimmed slightly and for the sides of hair to be skin faded for his man bun. I asked lee to not cut the side of my hair as I was trying to grow out the sides and just wanted the top trimmed. I made it clear. He told me he understood then took a shaver to the side of my head, my brother an I left with the worst haircuts we have ever gotten. His wife cut off about 2-4 inches when he asked for the length to be trimmed slightly and for the sides of hair to be skin faded for his man bun. This is an awesome place to get your Sunday haircut. The ladies are all very polite and welcoming. With every haircut I’ve got there, the women cutting my hair have been very thorough and careful. After giving me my fade and shaving down the sides, they even give a quick shoulder massage with some sort of vibrating machine that feels awesome. I’ll be getting my haircut here for the rest of my time stationed at Quantico.

UPDATED 10 Aug 2021 – Unfortunately, Lee’s Barber Shop has taken a significant hit in quality of service. The main barber stopped working at the beginning of the COVID shutdown, the one gentleman that was our main barber has left, and the remaining female barber who was our least preferred barber has become significantly overwhelmed. 2 weekends ago, she had a stand-in OLDER gentleman to assist her with the weekend volume of customers AND HE HACKED MY SONS HEAD UP! The poor kid was bloodied and the haircut itself (a simple high and tight) was AWFUL to the point that it had to be “re-done” by the remaining female barber. We’ve decided to take our business elsewhere. Very unfortunate. The only reason why they still have one star is because they were apologetic and polite about the obvious disaster.

This barbershop is my go to place and I’ve been here every week! The staff here is extremely friendly and the effort they put into your hair is far above what I’ve had other other barbers put into me. It’s competitive around here since there are many barbers in the area, but from what I’ve seen, this place does it the best! Especially Mrs. Lee! She’s awesome!
