I made an appointment on Thursday 12/12/19 for Saturday 12/14/19 with no problems. The Ladies are very professional and the service was great!! But the haircut I received was even better. I Love it!! I had a horrible experience. I set up my appointment for Highlights. I explained to Leanne that I’m not a picky person & that I wanted to go the least expensive route. And just like that she said, I’m sorry I don’t feel comfortable doing your hair & turned me away. That was a horrible feeling.
