Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI don’t usually write bad reviews, I’m a very understanding person. That being said… Went in for a fill (my normal place was booked and I had broken a nail) they rushed through my set, every single nail ended up crooked, the one they fixed is like 1/4 in shorter than the rest although that’s hard to judge because they’re all different lengths. Paid 50 dollars for a fill (60 for a full set for my sister and 55 for a full set for a friend) and tipped 5 for each of the nail techs because I didn’t want to be rude. My sister and I went in here yesterday and I tried to be friendly and understanding because the man who worked on my nails was pretty nice, so I did leave them a tip. However, he was a little rough with my nails. I bled twice and had to pull my hand away at least four times. My nails aren’t shaped very well either. They are a bit bumpy and not tapered well on the ends, and they charged me $90. I could’ve honestly gotten better nails done for $60 somewhere else. My sister was even more upset than I was. She wanted long, coffin shaped, green French tips. The lady doing her nails was short on time, so she refused to do what my sister asked for. She gave her short, square, solid purple nails. Nothing like what my sister asked for, and they charged her $10 more than the price listed on their sign as well.

I had a full set done by an older gentleman. They were the worst set I’ve ever had! The gel was wavy, nails were crooked, and the tip was painted awful. To top it off, he cut my finger with the nail file. I asked him to remove them and he refused. Instead, he clipped the nails down to the tip of my fingers and had me leave! Acrylic nails

Unfortunately there is not a 0 star review or they would get that. My girlfriend got her feet and hands done and they were bleeding when she was done. Prices are high and I went in for a pedicure and older man did not have on mask and kept sneezing and blowing his nose with the same glove and tried to continue on my service without changing them. They did not exfoliate or massage because he said its only for deluxe pedicure but if you go anywhere else that is included so I would not recommend them. They come out thinner, less clunky, than Walmart’s. I like that, however, they’re never the same length. Like noticeably uneven. The price seems to change depending on the visit. Last time I asked for a fill. They said get a new set, I asked to compare prices for fills and new sets. They said 65 either way. So I said I may as well get a set. They were very uneven. I stopped in later to get them filled and it was 55 to fill today. That’s kinda pricey for what you get. Again the tips are uneven. Maybe they charge more because the word ‘spa’ is in their name but there’s nothing spa like about it. I guess I keep looking for a good nail tech.
