I’ve been going here for over 5 years, and it used to be my favorite salon—convenient, friendly, clean, large assortment of colors. Over the last few months there has been a decline in service. I’ve made appointments and also called ahead to ask if they had time for a walk-in, and still waited over 30 minutes regardless. (The door says “walk-ins welcome.”) I was there Sunday for a gel manicure, and 3 days later it’s already peeling. This isn’t the first time this has happened, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt before. Plus the prices have increased. $50 including tip for a gel manicure that lasted 3 days? I’m sad to say I will not be returning. I hope they can turn their service around to what it used to be.

This place is horrible. My nail tech couldn’t do my design, so then I had to change it and she couldn’t even do that, so then i went with a light blue french tip. My nails are horrible, bumpy, and the french tip is just a block of color on my nails. This also took 3 hours and the place is humid and dirty. They also charged me $60. She also filed and drilled my nails too much and there is a chunk of skin missing. We also were told that if we moved our appointment back 30 minutes we would not have to wait. We ended up waiting another 30 minutes after that. Do not visit this nail salon.

My mom and I walked in on a Monday evening. We each requested a pedicure and SNS manicure (I added tips) and the nail techs were able to help us right away. They were able to do our manicures and pedicures at the same time—time saver!

I chose this location because it’s close by my house, the first two times services were fine, but my last visit after 7 days my nail polish was already coming off on both my nails and my toe nails! Mind you I pay $95 for dip powder nails and gel polish. Which both last a month. On day 11, today, my first day off to go, I called kindly to ask if there was something they could do, perhaps, half off since I’m having to redo them both already and the guy on the phone was extremely rude and said absolutely not. It’s not their problem. I will not be returning and wouldn’t recommend creating a relationship with them because they show absolutely no loyalty for your loyalty.
