Critical: ProfessionalismI usually have a gel polish done in my lunch break have for years. Went in today and basically was told I couldn’t get my nails painted unless I had a manicure done. So needless to say I didn’t even have time to get my nails painted because they did a manicure when I said I did not want one. They said they are not doing that anymore, so they basically are making you get a manicure when u just want paint/gel. It was completely unprofessional I basically just paid for something I never wanted. I usually have a gel polish done in my lunch break have for years. Went in today and basically was told I couldn’t get my nails painted unless I had a manicure done. So needless to say I didn’t even have time to get my nails painted because they did a manicure when I said I did not want one. They said they are not doing that anymore, so they basically are making you get a manicure when u just want paint/gel. It was completely unprofessional I basically just paid for something I never wanted. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went there today on 12/19/2021 I asked for a simple French tip all pink. I had to ask the owner multiple time to fix my nails before painting because he put them on side ways and we’re not straight at all. Once he finished with that he began painting my nails only doing one nail in the French tip. He also did it with white instead of pink when I told him I wanted all pink. I spoke up and told him that’s not what I wanted and looked nothing like the pictures. He then began to cut off my nails and rudley asked me to leave the salon. Saying I did not want to pay for my nails and that I waisted his time although my mother was with me and I had just payed for her manicure moments before. He tryed to leave me with acrylic’s still on my nails. I told him no he needed to take it all off or another place would charge me to do it them self. He then began to say I didn’t need to be in the salon and I could just leave. He was extreme rude all because I asked him to fix my nails and do them the right way. It’s sad because I go there often and spend a lot of money on my nails and he knows that. With this experience I would highly recommend not going there!!! I went there today on 12/19/2021 I asked for a simple French tip all pink. I had to ask the owner multiple time to fix my nails before painting because he put them on side ways and we’re not straight at all. Once he finished with that he began painting my nails only doing one nail in the French tip. He also did it with white instead of pink when I told him I wanted all pink. I asked her to fix my one nail and she started calling me bad names and then called me a TRASH CAN. I was trying to leave and then she told me I had to finish it. Was humiliating me in front of all of her customers. And was hurting me while doing my nails. Absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced in my whole entire life and I’ve never felt so humiliated in my life. She started yelling at me because I asked one question and then started screaming at telling me to never come back to her salon. I have never been there before.
