I hate to leave negative reviews, but we had an awful experience at this salon. My daughters wanted to have their first manicures and were so excited. The ladies were very rude and rushed. They slapped a book on the counter and rushed them to choose. Then she cut my daughter’s finger and dumped antiseptic on it without any explanation. Then the price was insane. I just wanted to leave a warning for others, so they wont experience the same thing. It is best to drive a little further for a better experience.

Went in on a Thursday and by Friday night my nails looked like this. Completely chipped on every single nail. The same lady also did my pedicure and said she dug out an ingrown toenail but I’m pretty sure she gave me one and now have an infection. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone and will never go back here!!

Positive: QualityI have had nothing but good service from this company. I have gotten Pedicures, regular, and Dip Powder nails. My nails have never chipped, I usually wait 3-4 weeks to get my nails and pedicure done again. I have always had a great experience with this salon. If you are expecting to walk in to a zen music, zen smelling salon, then you have set too high of a bar, but if you are looking for good quality zip in and out of there salon, then this is the place to go. I have had nothing but good service from this company. I have gotten Pedicures, regular, and Dip Powder nails. My nails have never chipped, I usually wait 3-4 weeks to get my nails and pedicure done again. I have always had a great experience with this salon. I got the shortest acrylics possible (due to work) and I paid $50 with out tip for them…. That’s honestly crazy. Not to mention the nail tech didn’t put acrylic on half of my nail, didnt paint it either… pricing is awful.. I had a better experience at WALMART getting my acrylics done.. Terrible experience. I wish I could give no stars. My mother and I came to get two simple manicures and the women assigned to us not only rushed us when picking a color, but rushed through the whole manicure as well. Salon or spa visits are usually a time to relax. These women did not even shape out our nails, they gave us a two second hand massage, and painted our nails HORRIBLY – we had marks and missing nail polish on most of the nails. When we went to pay they charged us $30 for two manicures that didn’t even last 15 minutes TOTAL, I swear we were in the salon for 10-15 minutes and some of that was picking out a polish. I asked for some type of compensation or discount due to our negative experience and the man at the counter tells us he cannot do anything but try to fix the nails… hence the word TRY. They should have been done correctly in the first place. Lack of good customer service. I am never coming back here again and will definitely be telling everyone I know to AVOID this place.

Rushed through the entire appt. The woman did not listen to me, slapped the dip powder on prior to giving me an actual manicure even though I asked for one and agreed to pay the additional $10. She then proceeded to clean up my cuticles after the facts so my nails looked like they were grown out before even leaving. Then acted like she was doing me a favor by only charging $5 instead of the extra $10 for a manicure bc she only cleaned up my cuticles! Now 4 days later and the dip has completely chipped off of every single nail. Terrible. Will never go back.

Amazing!! Management and the staff gave my group stellar service!! We called ahead for appointments and they accommodated a group of us getting Mani/pedis for a wedding we are attending this weekend.
