I normally go to this place as it’s conveniently located very close to where I live . The service level has dropped, I was there for pedicure Thursday I walked In and the lady asked what I wanted to get done .I told her and after that until the time I had to leave, total ignorance. They don’t have the basic etiquettes of running the business. At least acknowledge I’m there and let me know if you can help me or there is a wait. I , for the benefit of doubt begin to pick my color and than sat down . Waited for 20 minutes , no one said a word. Finally I left. Poor service , will not go there again!

My mom, 3yr old daughter and I got manicure/pedicures today and it was a great experience. They were great with my toddler – who got nails and toes painted – and engaged with her very well. Cost was good and atmosphere was pleasant. Techs were engaging and nice. Clean and no harsh chemical smell. Will definitely return.

Positive: ProfessionalismNURSES and NPs— ask for Tommy! Ask him for the natural nurses nails……Every time I have had the “dip” nails done, they always look great….. but they are too thick and grow out too long before I can get back to the salon again. I base a salon on a manicure, an to see what there customer service, cleanliness an results are. Unfortunately this salon failed miserably. Starting with there customer service, nobody acknowledged I walked in the door. When it was my turn which I was passed over by other customer whom arrived after me. I could understand if they had an appointment but they all were pop in like myself. My technician was very inexperienced an shook from his nervousness. My hands were placed in the warming gloves with chemicals. He removed them trimmed my cuicals and that was it. No attempt to file my nails, no trimming of the nails. When asked to buff my nails in lieu of polish( I have an allergy to polish) the tech look like a deer in the headlights-the manager had to come over to finish it telling me next time to pick color or clear for shine. Never did he ask why I asked for them buffed. I would not recommend or go back there. I don’t know how this salon stays in business unless 7 hills folks keep them going.

The service here was absolutely horrible. I walked in with my daughter and granddaughter and no one said a word, no greeting at all. People came in after we arrived and there was a notable difference on how they were greeted. I explained to the nail technician what we needed and proceeded to wait. Other patrons came in and were asked to come back in an hour. After sitting there patiently for 30 minutes, she then tells me that another patron had an appointment and she would need to take her first. The lack of professionalism and respect for others was at an all time low for me. I will never step foot in their doors again. I then called back to express my concerns and was hung up on twice. The number then remained busy after multiple attempts to call back.
