I’ve been going here a couple months and I’ve always been happy with the service and my nails. Today I went to get dip removed from my nails and I was helped by a tech I’ve never had before. I didn’t catch his name but his station is in the far back left of the salon. He took the dip off with the electric nail file and completely ruined my nails. He didn’t even get all the product off my nails. Normally I love this place, and I will probably go back, but I will always make sure I am not helped by that tech.

I’ve been debating leaving a review for quite some time now based upon prior experiences, but the experience I had today pushed me to leave this review. The quality of acrylic nails should not differ depending on the nail technician. Every nail technician in there should be able to provide services that are up to customer standards. I went in today looking to get a fill in for acrylic nails with a French design. Usually I have a man do my nails and he does a fantastic job; the French design he does is crisp and clean, and the shape of the nails are always crisp and well-filed. Today, I had my nails done by a woman whom I had previously had my nails done by before. The last time I got my nails done by her, I got the exact same service, a fill-in for acrylic nails. I left the nail salon with chunky, weird nails; none of which were even remotely the same shape or length. I was actually so frustrated by this experience that I ditched the French design I wanted for a plain solid color. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and told myself she might have been having an off day. Well, I got her again today for another acrylic fill in. Before she had even touched my nails, I explicitly told her do NOT round the corners of my nails. I have very small hands so rounded square nails are not flattering on me. She decides to round my nails anyways. The French design did not make up for the ugly shape of the nails at all. Some of the tips are thicker than others, and just overall unclean. Three of my nails are so rounded that they no longer even resemble a square shape. Usually I love this place but it looks like from now on I’ll have to request a specific nail technician if I want quality service.

The wait is always long. They do not allow appointments. I got a girl I’ve never seen before and she sounded sick. Sure enough two days later I have covid. Not to mention my manicure lasted 3 DAYS before it started chipping! I will never go back!! Pedicure, Gel manicures

Had a very bad first time experience here. Sat down to get my pedicure and the girl who was doing my pedicure was either extremely new or just really bad at her job because the whole pedicure itself was not relaxing at all, she did a poor job on painting my nails as the paint began to chip away during my shower that night. Also I have never had an ingrown toe nail in my life until I left this place. Now it hurts to step on that side of my foot. I have a small infection and I am having to take extra precautions to prevent it from worsening. I will not be going back.

Myself and two friends went for a pedicure and this was the worst experience any of us have had by far. They didn’t massage our feet, didn’t use sugar scrub and only used lotion on me even though we all asked for the same type of pedicure. Not to mention we were in and out in under 25 minutes and when trying to speak to the employees about their services they were extremely rude and told us we didn’t pay attention to the menu and chose the wrong pedicure. Every pedicure on their menu includes the services they excluded. That along with how rude they were… literally lifted my friends chair and told her “get up and get out” when she asked about lotion very politely might I add. Don’t ever waste your time (20 mins at the most lol) or money at this horrible place. It’s beautiful inside but the staff is lazy and rude. I’ll be back at my usual place Bryan Nails (we only stopped here for convenience) and thankful to never return!!!

Beautiful job.I love the purple gel color and how when I look inside the nails I see sparkles and the guy did the nails design exactly how I showed him what was on my big toes.I love how beautiful the place is inside as well.They made sure I was satisfied with my nails that’s exactly why I gave a $20 tip and I will continue to come here
