I called before coming in to make sure they had time for a SNS manicure. I was told they did and to come in. I arrived and Linda began on my nails, she seemed rushed and slightly irritated at the very start. After soaking my nails in acetone to remove the old SNS she began filing the old paint off, she got my cuticle which hurt really bad and I proceeded to say “ouch that hurt” and she says “oh your nail must be sore” instead of addressing she hurt me. As the process continues I noticed she was very rushed and at the end after applying the clear top coat she did not let it dry long enough before applying the cuticle oil and rubbing my nails, which left me with smudged nails. All for $45 and a 20% tip. I won’t be back.

This place is great!! I got tips with the powder stuff and they look incredible! The whole time I was able to just relax, knowing they were gonna turn out great and she understood exactly what I wanted even though I’m not good at describing what I want lol. I have been going to Lee for years now and I have never once had such a bad experience with my nails not only was I charged way over what I’m normally charged for a gel manicure and a normal pedicure ,but my French manicure looks absolutely awful and so do my toes there’s even still wax on my feet when I left the salon. I thought the lady said that this was 43 which I normally pay around 45 for this service ,but I ended up getting charged $73 for this and it’s probably the worst manicure I’ve ever had here. I specifically requested the same color and shape I had , however she shortened, rounded and painted a different color and when I pointed out the tips were uneven she just started filing my nails down!

I brought my granddaughter, daughter-in-law and myself for pedicures, nail & eyebrow wax. I pd $108 + 20.00 tip. Our nail tec just left us, because her shift ended. My daughter’s finger nails was chipping and smugging. They should not do that. The ladies were not attentive like they should be. Our nail tec left all 3 of us under driers for 45 min. never came back to let us know we could go or fix my granddaughters nails. I am greatly disappointed. I was hoping they would have a good experience.

Iv been to this location twice. Both times the owner will not even crack a smile or ask how you are. Not even thank you for your business, just plane out not friendly atmosphere. You would think with all the nail spas in the area they would be more welcoming.

First time coming to this salon. Staff wasn’t that friendly and personable. I got a full set with gel polish. She charged me an extra $5 because I asked for coffin shaped nails. I have never been charged extra for nail shape. When she finishes she didn’t bother to oil (my clearly dry) cuticles.

My wife and I have frequented this location for some time now and I must say they are great at what they do, they are kind, courteous, appreciative, sociable people who are going to give you their best every time. I try to have “Mom” do my pedicure, but Linda and all her staff are all great at what they do. Personally , for my money and time they are the best NAIL Salon around ! My feet and legs are in such better shape and feel so good now thanks to “Mom”. They are so pleasant and always wear a smile and talk with you with care in their hearts. I love this place and the staff, and thanks to them for treating me so nice. I recommend them to anyone who wants it done right. Sincerely, David
