Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWorst experience ever. I have given them my business for years. Unfortunately, I was unlucky this time. I had gotten a gel pedicure and the dip powder manicure. The lady spend over an hour on my toes which was greatly appreciated, but then when it was time for the dip powder manicure she did it in 15 MINUTES! I have been doing my nails for over 5 years and I have NEVER had someone rush through a dip manicure. I got this done on Wednesday night and by Sunday three nails popped off. I went back Sunday and they only fixed those three even though I told them they are ALL lifting. This other lady rushed as well and got dip all over my hand and tried to use her machine to scrub it off. Then, by Friday most of them came off so I called and asked for my money back and he said “that is taking money out of my pocket to give to you.” Like, I’m sorry?? That was my money originally that I paid for a service that clearly could not get done. Then told me to come back so they can re-do it, but why didn’t they re-do it to begin with?? Worst experience ever. I have given them my business for years. Unfortunately, I was unlucky this time. I had gotten a gel pedicure and the dip powder manicure. By far the worst service that I ever got in my life the lady in the front is very rude you can tell that she is just a fashion statement and something to make the company look good and seem pleasant but trust me once you have gotten your services and you leave if something is wrong she is very nasty to you on top of that it is expensive for no reason the set of nails on the bottom with the jazz gel was $65 they charge you an extra $10 to clip the cuticles which I thought was part of the services so I didn’t get my cuticles cut Because I didn’t think that I needed them anyway but look at my nails it looks like I need a filling in this is only after one day literally one day later a nail popped off and I went back to re-get it done she was very rude on the phone when I tried to make an appointment for 6 o’clock she said that they were going to be super busy I get there at 6 o’clock and nobody is even in there I think that the entire process was a waste of my time I would not rag recommend their service to anyone and the best part about it is the bar but the drinks are bland and there is a bartender that is always missing some key ingredients to popular drinks I would not recommend this business for anyone if you are looking for an inexpensive place I feel like they believe because they are by Southpoint that they can overcharge because they think people have money but this is not a place that I will recommend to anybody on a budget and they don’t say thank you when they tip in and they fake the reviews I seen one worker telling another worker to do a Google review about the place like she works here why does she need to do a Google review shouldn’t that be for a customer Beware I’m warning you

My wife called around 11 am and scheduled 2 pedicures for 4 pm. She has a favorite tech but I do not. So my wife told the scheduler to just schedule me someone for 4 pm. When we arrived, they seated us and started my wife after about a 10 to 15 min wait. At 4:35 I canceled my pedicure as they still didn’t have a tech available. The reasoning was they didn’t have a tech available for walk in’s. So I was treated as a walk in because I couldn’t give you the name of a tech to do my pedicure? Again, it wasn’t too late of notice for my wife to be treated like a scheduled client. We will be looking for a new salon!

I came here a few years ago asking for a short pointed mani and the older lady manicurist was SO rude. I guess I forced my hand too much accidentally because she started asking me “Have you never gotten your nails done before?” and giving me a scowl. There’s also a lot of hidden fees they stack on with every service. They all look displeased whenever someone walks in.. The place may look nice but the employees aren’t at all
