I’ve never had a bad experience here. I travel for work so I’ve tried a lot of acupressure massage places around the county and they are one of my favorites. Yes they make you pay up front, because people have walked out without paying, and that is simply not right. Also if you are paying with a charge card expect to pay a small fee. Considering they are charging pretty much a $1 a minute, the massage is well worth a little extra fee. You should always tip at the end of the service. Handing it directly to them.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!!! Let me start by saying…I did frequent this place when it was Royal Foot. The massages were great and the value was good. However…now I don’t know what this is. I did attempt to get a massage under this name but I didn’t even make it to the chair. The lady wanted me to pay before the service. I have never got a massage where I had to pay before. I see now that this is their MO…they get you to pay first and then give you a trash massage while expecting you to tip for bad service.

I came her two weeks ago before they changed their name to Lee Spa. I had read such great reviews on Royal Foot and was really looking forward to a foot and hand massage. Little did I know the owners changed. Upon arrival, it smelled horrible and the place looked somewhat empty. The lady at the front could barely speak English, so it was incredibly difficult to communicate. She charged me BEFORE the service was provided. Rates were no where listed and there was no sign stating you had to pay first. Though the lady was nice, I was very disappointed in the unorganized business. The massage wasn’t great either. I suggest you go elsewhere.

the massage was very relaxing until the end. I was blocked at the door demanding a tip. I had left a tip on the massage table but because of the language difference she did not understand that I had already left one. I almost went and took the tip back for the rudeness and demanding attitude of not letting me leave until i gave a tip. NEVER WILL GO BACK.

When this was Royal Foot it was great but now they have new owners and it’s a waste of money. They did NOT massage us they only rubbed. I don’t even think they have a licence. My mom and I went and after they finished we looked at each other and laughed because we couldn’t believe that was it. They also made us pay before hand and then before we left out the door they asked for a tip and when I said no thank you the lady ask WHY….really?? This place is a joke now and they have no idea what they are doing

Horrible experience! She acted like she can’t speak or understand English even though she understood everything I was saying. The lady forcefully asked for a tip after the massage. I told her to give me some change for a $20 so I can tip her. She kept the $15 and gave me $5 back. I looked at her and explained to her that what she did was not right. I told her please give me the change for $20 and she said “No English”. I will never go back to this place.

The price is great and the massage is sooooooo amazing! Usually my body would be aching the next day, but they just made my body feel relaxed and unknotted. I will definitely go again.
