I went in for a basic pedicure. The chair was nice and massages you. (I regularly do my own feet often. But was low on time and thought I’d give it a shot.) Their simplest package still involved a lot of extras for $30. They use a drill to file down. New utensils for cutting and trimming. I wished they had a more simpler pedicure, Clean, trim nails and a massage or something. The scrub and wax was way to rough. I found my self more coiling up and trying to pull my feet back.

I was not happy with the fact that when I had called to schedule an appointment I let them know I would need a soak off. The tech who worked on my nails tried to pop them off, which of course would cause damage to my real nails. He eventually did the soak off but he cut one of my nails too short in the process. He should not have tried to pop my nails off in the first place. They know this can be damaging to the nails.

1st time customer. The first thing I loved was the atmosphere the staff is welcoming and helpful. No one is being loud (customers or staff) so i was able to relax and get some much needed down time. My pedicure guy was very professional and making sure I was ok throughout the service. I showed the nail tech the picture of the nails I wanted and she got it right . Highly recommend it.
