Critical: Cleanliness, QualityI went in yesterday as a new customer wanting a shellac manicure service completed. I had a gentleman that was very rough with the manicure portion of service. At one point I flinched and stated “ their sensitive” and he took a bit of the pressure off but continued after the 1st nail with the same intense pressure. He used another customers file and box file since it was handy and was not put away after that customer left. Today my nails have no normal shellac shine, the paint also has a big chip and the paint is fading away. I went in yesterday as a new customer wanting a shellac manicure service completed. I had a gentleman that was very rough with the manicure portion of service. At one point I flinched and stated “ their sensitive” and he took a bit of the pressure off but continued after the 1st nail with the same intense pressure. I will agree the cheapest place in town, but you also get what you pay for. My gel nails were chipping within a few days. Meanwhile, a gel coat from my normal salon further down Appleton, will easily last over a week without any noticeable wear and after 2 weeks will still look good. Not the most pleasant/clean/tidy place for a ‘spa’ treatment, as the name suggests. To put it in perspective, I work with my hands in the grease and grime on a daily basis, so gel is a must.

I had a guy give me a gel manicure and hands down, he sucks! I know the prices are cheap but he doesn’t cover the edges good. There was so much gap and he painted on my skin. He also did only a thin two layer coat on the polish. My usual nail tech does more than two layer so my nails can be strong. One week into my nails and two of them broke on me. Will NEVER go to that guy anymore. And I tipped him so well too. Should of gave him only two dollar instead of five.

If I could give them no stars I would! They close at 7 I went in at 6:30 Just to get a polish change and to fix the corner of my nail. They said yes they can do that asked me to sit down then 3 minutes later asked if I’d come back another day cause they need to close! Will never come back here!
