Friday night I went to Lee Nails and spa, this isn’t the first time that I have been to this nails salon: My nails and pedicures have always turned out great. But I would not recommend getting your eyelashes done at Lee nails and spa. I told the young lady that I would like to have every natural looking eyelashes, nothing big. When I looked in the mirror when she got finished I told her these is a lot of lashes and they’re thick. Paid $30.00. The next morning my left eye was burning and kept sticking together from so much glue on the lashes. I went back the next night to get the to remove the Lashes, the manager was so rude and unprofessional. He told me that I should have known that those lashes were gonna burn my eyes. I have never had lashes to burn my eyes bore my lids stick together when I blink. Yes I paid for the service but I didn’t have those lashes on for less than 24 hours. Every Disappointed

Normally, Lee nails is very quick. I get in and out and love my nails and service. However, I came in on Tuesday around 2-3pm. I wanted a pedicure and to repaint my natural nails. I waited 15 minutes to get service. There were 7 workers there. There was only ONE other customer in the building. 6 of the 7 workers were on their phone. The 7th worker was already with another customer. I had to wait for him to get done before I got to sit at his chair. I got gel on my toes and nails three days ago. The polish on two of my toes is already gone along with my middle nail. Lee nails is pretty cheap compared to other nail salons is Starkville. But I am disappointed with how my gel polish held up.

While my experience wasn’t absolutely horrible, I was very disappointed with my experience. I had a gel manicure done. The nail tech was very aggressive me and did hurt me a few times while digging into my cuticles with his tools. He also did not shape my nails the way I asked him too and just overall rushed my experience. I understand that the salon was busy and it was a bit late in the afternoon but it was still very disappointing how rushed the job was and the results afterward. The salon was also pretty dirty, dust everywhere and the nail techs tools were not clean. Overall, I would not recommend coming here for manicure services.

Critical: QualityThis is rediculous!! I asked the nail lady to cut my nails short and shave them flat. She didn’t listen to me she just kind of did her own thing. Before she got started I also asked her if I could pay for her to polish my toes white before she put the actual color on so that it would pop more. She didn’t listen and now my toes are the wrong color.
