It’s convenient as well because I can stop and get a fill while shopping. All my nails were done by Song and he is an incredibly talented nail artist. Their prices are great at around $60 for a new set where others will charge me $75/$80. This is a great place to get cool nail designs as they will work with you and try their best to give you what you want. It’s convenient as well because I can stop and get a fill while shopping. All my nails were done by Song and he is an incredibly talented nail artist. Their prices are great at around $60 for a new set where others will charge me $75/$80. I always get compliments on my nails!

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueThese are literally the worst nails I have ever gotten and I can’t even say the customer service was good. The man who did my nails were very rough and cut me multiple times. Through out the process I didn’t like them but I wanted to trust the process. I was thinking about asking for a discount or something since they were such poor quality but I didn’t get chance to ask. Before he even painted my nails he brought me to a back room and made me pay before he finished and when he saw he wasn’t getting a tip, was even more rough with me. The acrylics he he used was very watery resulting in acrylic all over my fingers. I went back asking for a refund and the person I talked to said the don’t give refunds and got the same man to fix my nails. All he did was put oil around my nails and called it a day. These are literally the worst nails I have ever gotten and I can’t even say the customer service was good. The man who did my nails were very rough and cut me multiple times. My husband, my sister and I were given gift cards for Christmas and we went to get our thing done and I was soooo disappointed. My husband’s manicure was atrocious. His fingers were placed in a little plastic bowl with water for less than a minute, then dried and his nails clipped and filed and that was it for a 25.00 manicure. The pedicure was not bad. My sister was okay with her pedicure but for me it was shoddy. The lady who did my pedicure hasn’t got a clue as to what to do. I could not communicate with her as she did not speak English and when she was about to polish my nails and I checked she did not clip my nails, there was dead flesh underneath and I had to point it out to her. Her Emory board was one of those small ones that I would use at home and my heels weren’t properLy cleaned. My nails weren’t properly polished either. Because I was having the flu I did not have the energy to argue but I will never visit there again and would never recommend anybody to go there. It was a waste of 130.00 plus tip. Am giving 2 stars!!!

This was the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. I specifically requested a soak off when I arrived with short acrylic nails, and when they started to remove them with a fake nail, my nails looked terrible, were damaged, and hurt. For this terrible service, which I didn’t like, they charged me $20. When I called the owner after to ask how much an acrylic removal typically costs, he answered $15; however, when I confronted him about the woman charging me $20, he stated it can range from $15 to $20. He argued with me about refunding me and then told me to contact my bank to dispute the charge. I will not be returning this place is horrible and extremely unprofessional.

If you need express nails the lady does them in 20 minutes, however the quality is terrible. If you want well done nails do not come here. 50$ for acrylics, expensive and bad. The ambiance is not nice as well, very full and very loud as well as disorganized

If I could give this 0 stars I would. My nail tech was not focused on my manicure at all. She filed my nails very crooked, and when I asked her to fix it she told me it was my nail. She was very rude and didn’t even do a good job when she went and re-filed all of them. She clumped my gel and made the manicure very lumpy. Again, when I asked her to fix it she told me it was my nail. She didn’t even do a good job on my top coat. The tops of my nails are all splotchy with the top coat. Her work station as well as others in the salon were filthy and disgusting- it couldn’t have been up to code at all. Don’t waste you’re money here. I fully regret coming to this establishment.

All the spanish Workers Were great And did my toes Great ! My grandmother asked for Design and was waiting for her Pedicure lady to come back and finish, Asian lady came and told my grandma “you need to get up, your done, other people are waiting!” My grandmother tried to explain she’s waiting on the lady to finish . She dismissed my grandmother So I had to tell the lady to come back And apologize for the rudeness in her voice and the agitation like we were not a big Party and everyone got the 55 65 $ pedicures and the Children as well. we spent around 500$ For the nastiest service ever! Her apology was fake and nasty just how she looked. Took forever to get the payment we just had to leave the money with the rest of the party who still was in the middle of finishing their toes and nails done. Unprofessional on the Asian lady End I won’t bring race in it but It was horrible. And earlier before She was arguing with another customer about how she did not finish the job on her nails . Location does not matter this service was unheard of and treacherous BEWARE

This was my first time here and it’s horrible. I came in for a pedicure and gel manicure. They set me in a chair that did not work and did not even offer to move me to another pedicure chair. My gel on my nails have come off after 2 days. Very disappointed and will not be back. Place was dirty and staff was not friendly or professional. I wish I could give no stars because they don’t even deserve one.
