Salon pedicure chairs are pipe-less, which ensure your safety by eliminating bacteria breeding ground. Disposable tub liners are used for each pedicure

This was my first time coming here. Tina did a great job with my pedicure, the foot massage was very relaxing. Lee did my nails and I was absolutely pleased before he even finished them. Critical: ValueGot there at 9:30am. I had a specific nail tech i wanted to use. Instead he assisted a walk in before me. They gave me a new tech to do my mani and pedi. They were both horrible and lumpy. I asked this tech who did my hands to do white polish and marble on two fingers, he said he can do marble but lied. He tried one finger and failed, he removed it and tried again, he failed. He called this girl to do it and she failed. The tech who could do it which was the guy who was supposed to do my nails, ignored the amateurs instead of assisting. I then decided to just get plain polish because I refused to walk out looking crazy. Upon check out my bill is $95. Which is quite ridiculous! No courtesy discount for my troubles. 3hrs later i walked out looking a mess. Jade and Brian (Mr. Handsome) made my day. I came close to closing time (7:30pm) and they welcomed me with the most exceptional customer service. Jade does the BEST pedicure, she’s sweet and she takes her time to really scrubs and massage my feet. Brian is so gentle and a professional, he knew what he was doing and executed it very well. I’ve been coming here for 5 years and today the associates were extremely rude and disgusting, pointing and laughing at me while speaking in their native tongue. This all transpired because I told one of them I would prefer he doesn’t do my nails because he is rough. So it looks like he took it personally. When I spoke to Lee and his wife Bee the owner they laughed it off and said I misunderstood. They didn’t apologize instead they tried to gaslight me…it’s clear they don’t value my business. I won’t be coming back here. I work hard for my money and I don’t appreciate being insulted.

Although many of them do nails well, the service level and attitude is off, especially from the owner. He is rather rude, condescending, and sarcastic. I don’t care how good Lee does nails, this establishment will never get another penny from me! I’ll drive 30 miles to get my nails done before ever coming here again.

WORST NAIL PLACE IVE EVER BENN TOO!!!! I WANTED MY EYEBROWS WAXED . SHE TINTED THEM … WITHOUT ASKING THEN TOOK A CHUCK OF HAIR THAT SHOULDNT HAVE BEEN TAKING!!!! Talk to the manager he did absolutely nothing about it then told him I wasn’t paying for the service. And he told me that I had to so I paid. But I will never go back there and I don’t recommend anyone go back there unless you wanna walk around looking crazy with two different eyebrows
