Critical: ProfessionalismI have never been treated so poorly by a business before. I went in yesterday for a full set of acrylics. I asked for a coffin shape, and hoped to get them a bit longer. Without asking or giving me time to tell him how long, he cut the tips super short, too short to even make it coffin shaped. I reminded him that I wanted coffin shaped but he continued cutting and filing until they were barely longer than my natural nail. At the end, I was stuck with short, stubby, square nails. Every mail on my left hand is extremely crooked and uneven. The design on my hand was also rushed. I tried keeping my hand under the light for longer than 10 seconds but he told me to take it out. This made it smear. After complaining that my nails were not what I wanted and asking for them to be redone, the staff got angry, telling me it’s their my fault I changed my mind after they were done. After countless times showing them how crooked and poorly done they were, they told me to come back at 4:30. I came back, and sat for almost 40 minutes before they told me they refused to fix them. He aggressively grabbed my hands to tell me that I was the one in the wrong, threw them down, and asked me to leave.I have never been treated so poorly by a business before. I have never been treated so poorly by a business before. I went in yesterday for a full set of acrylics. I asked for a coffin shape, and hoped to get them a bit longer. Without asking or giving me time to tell him how long, he cut the tips super short, too short to even make it coffin shaped. The young women who work there seem to be her first time working with nails the whole experience was very bad I paid for a gel pedi and meni that was not worth the value very expensive you can tell it was not done the way I wanted it and she didn’t listen to the way I wanted the design she put in a terrible blob of a design because she felt bad she forgot to do what I wanted ,terrible costumer service do not recommend this location I will definitely not ever come back to the nails salon as well try to explain as well the mistake made with another coworker and was given no care

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI love coming here! They always take me appointment or not. They always do an amazing job with my nails. Other places my nails chip so fast but when I get them done here they last awhile! Definitely recommend! Prices are reasonable too.Services: Dip powder, Gel manicures, Manicure, Waxing
