A friend recommended me to go here and I am forever thankful for that. My nails came out AMAZING, the lady that did them was insecure about doing the design (skz logo and the happy face) she keep telling she will do her best, honestly I didn’t have to be exactly like the photo I showed her, so I keep telling her it’s fine and when she finally did it and show it to me I FELL IN LOVE WITH HOW BEAUTIFUL AND AMAZING IT CAME OUT, this is exactly what I want it and way better than what I imagine. I love getting my nails done at this spot. The nail technicians are friendly, quick, and efficient. They treat their customers well and always make them feel welcome. I like the way Hana recommends colors and styles and picking up in conversations where you left off 2 weeks prior based upon past conversations. It shows listening and the interest they have in their customers. Go here! You won’t regret it!

I have been here and for the last 2 times, I have wanted to walk out mid appointment. The first time , I had a condescending nail artist who could not listen to feedback as to what I wanted. The second time, I had someone who talked so loudly for every question. She laughed when she finally understood what I was saying and then proceeded to correct me out loud when she understood exactly what I was saying before.I gave it a second chance but I’m not coming here again. I understand wanting a quick manicure or pedicure but they have no customer service.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityMy eyebrows are now uneven. One is higher than the other. Not only that, the old lady who did my eyebrows took off almost the whole tail of one of my eyebrows, so one is long and the other is short. This is my 2nd time getting my eyebrows done here and never again! The first time they did them too thin which I strictly said not to. I really like my nails and the pricing is very fair and reasonable. The customer service was also nice and understanding; I had a seasonal allergy fit and they gave me bottled water and a ricola to help. My only complaint, unfortunately, is that I wish when they were working on my nails they had been a bit more gentle. The edges of my finger tips got knicked and risk infection. I use my keyboard daily for a living, so an infection makes it difficult and painful to code.
