Critical: Professionalism, QualityThis place is absolutely horrible and a rip off!! Lee is not a nice person and doesn’t care what the problem is. I went Sunday July 18th to get my gel nails repainted. I thought it would simple and easy because of all the time I have done it in the past. The lady was super quick and I didn’t feel she took the time to do it properly, but what do I know I’m not a nail tech. The 1st pic shows my NATURAL nails right after I was done. They seemed super thin and flimsy but I thought may be it was from them just being done. 2nd picture shows a nail had broken. I waa heart broken because these are my real nails and not acrylic. 3rd picture is from Saturday July 24th. I have 3 broken nails on my left had and two broken nails on my right hand. All broken down to the quik! I am furious because I have had gel nail my times with long nails and never had an issue. I asked to speak to Lee today about getting the gel taken off and a refund. He refused to remove the gel because “it was your natural nail, it broke, there’s nothing I can do. It’s not my fault” is what I was told. I tried explaining how I know gel is suppose to be thick and strong and mine aren’t. I was told again “it’s your natural nail, it broke, not my fault”. I highly suggest anyone thinking of going there to plan on going to a different nail salon to have ALL the mistakes fixed by someone more professional and polite.
