Critical: ProfessionalismUpon my arrival at 6:15 at this location I was asked what services I wanted , I advised the nail tech I wanted a manicure and a pedicure. I sat and waited for about 15 more mins and a Caucasian couple came in and sat and waited and I watched as the next available nail tech took them before me. That was my first issue being that I was next. I sat and continued to wait, but by the time I was approached again it was 6:55pm and the nail tech proceeded to ask me again what I wanted I told her a manicure and a pedicure she then proceeded to tell me that they only had enough time for one service which did not sit well with me. I’m a paying customer regardless the time I step foot inside the shop I should still be serviced for what I asked for and not limited because you don’t have time. I will not spend another dime here and I do not recommend this place of business. Plus my nails are never as pretty as I want them to be vs when I have a black own nail technician service me. Upon my arrival at 6:15 at this location I was asked what services I wanted , I advised the nail tech I wanted a manicure and a pedicure. I sat and waited for about 15 more mins and a Caucasian couple came in and sat and waited and I watched as the next available nail tech took them before me. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went here during the gas shortage to try and converse on a trip to Harris Teeter. I asked for a quick dry top coat and no one in the store could understand me. The woman doing my nails had to get the guy checking people in and another woman for help. No one understood what I was asking for. Ok fine. Then the woman doing my manicure cut my finger to the point of bleeding and didn’t acknowledge it. Next, I watched her water down the nail polish with alcohol in front of me. The manicure lasted about 12 hours. It was terrible. I’ll never go back. I went here during the gas shortage to try and converse on a trip to Harris Teeter. I asked for a quick dry top coat and no one in the store could understand me. The woman doing my nails had to get the guy checking people in and another woman for help. No one understood what I was asking for. Ok fine. Then the woman doing my manicure cut my finger to the point of bleeding and didn’t acknowledge it. Next, I watched her water down the nail polish with alcohol in front of me.
