I will never come to this nail salon again the job they did was terrible. My nails were not smooth they had bumps in the acrylic and the swerve design was not professional. Looks like something I could have done myself. They are definitely over priced. I showed them a nail design that I wanted for my little sister and I paid for our services, then after I paid she said it was an extra $20 for 2 nail designs. She claimed the person I showed the design too didn’t tell her … Then said $10 after I complained. They say they don’t take cash and conveniently have an atm in their establishment. I’m gonna change my card now because I find that highly suspicious. I will not be surprised to see them go out of business because they had 10 chairs and only 3 technicians on a Friday . I’m going back to my normal salon but they were busy and didn’t have appointments until the next day because they were booked up, something this salon will never have to worry about

I came to this salon today for a mother daughter pedicure treat. I chose this one b/ they have the cute butterfly chairs for the mini divas to sit in. I guess b/ we didn’t want the upcharged gel polish or add one for a spa pedicure, I received the fastest pedicure I’ve ever had! As the attendee is putting on the foam flip flops, it would not stay. She continued to maneuver it to latch. As I’m walking to the dryers what happens???….you guessed it, the foam flip flop comes apart, my foot sliding, me almost losing my balance and the polish on my big toes getting messed up! I wavey hand to get her attention as she had walked off with my shoes to the drying area. I inform her of the polished being messed up and she proceeded to deal with me with an attitude as If it was my fault. She rushes me to sit down at the drying table. She then comes over, rushing to remove the polish from my toe to paint it. After sitting and allowing my toes to dry, I proceed to remove the toe separators to discovered there’s dried up white polish reside all around my foot and between the big toe and 2nd toe from when she removed the polish to repaint it. I work TOO hard to earn the money I chose to spend in here to be treated as if I’m a burden for the attendee’s mistake instead of a valued customer. I’ve been customer of Lee Nails since they were only located in Military Hwy but after today, I refuse to return. Customer services skills are a must for a business especially towards customers who are not problematic at all.

I am a loyal customer of this company, been with you since military circle mall. This place is great, they are always helpful and the atmosphere is lovely. I have had great experience with the staff, even when I had a cold one nail technician gave me cough drop and hot tea. It’s so many great things I can say but you should see for yourself!!!

The WORST fill-in that I ever had in my life! I was passing by this place and I decide to get my nails done. The old lady took forever to finish, and when finally did, oh God! It was an horrible job. She used the drill to deep on my nails, put too much gel on it it was definitely gross. I’ll never go back to this place and of course, they charged me 35 dollar plus cash tip.

I’m having my powder acrylic full set manicure and Linda stripped my nails thru the skin and bleed almost removing my original nails.I complained to the manager and owner but they still fuzzed at me instead of feeling apologetic. She still let me pay 10$ to remove the rest of my nails. She is so mean telling me don’t come back here no more instead of being sorry for what they did. This woman- owner is so heartless. This woman is mean. I wish what happened with to me will not happen to anyone who goes to this salon.

I don’t normally leave bad reviews for businesses but today I am making an exception. Today was my first time ever utilizing their services. The older lady that serviced me today was absolutely terrible. She was a nice lady spoke very little English She nicked my big toe, broke the skin made it bleed. She apologized for that and then she filed another toe too short to the skin. I looked passed that. Then as she was doing my nails oh my God! She cut my finger with the scissors and quickly put super glue on the cut so that it wouldn’t bleed she pulled my cuticles back with her fingers no gloves very hard nail tips and then on top of all of that as she was filing my nails down she started scraping my cuticles I was in so much pain I finally said I was done before she can finish I got up and handed her my credit card and left before she can finish my nails. She apologized but I couldn’t take it any more that was just too much pain and anguish. She only charged me $55.00 but now I have to find someone else to complete my nails. I will never go there again. I am home and my toe still hurts, my cuticles are still sore and my finger still have Super glue on it stop the bleeding. Shaking my head.

I ended up cutting my own nails and i went to speak with the manager, she was sooo rude and cursed me out !! I will never ever go back and if you are reading this you shouldn’t either !!! Wow wow wow, n e v e r a g a i n. How are you going to advertise fill-in for $15 but then I got charged $30??? Literally no manicure, no designs but charged me ABOVE the price of a full set. Would really appreciate speaking to the owner, but with my experience I’m somehow always being helped by the manager so felt no point in asking/arguing. What has me more upset is that they aren’t even good!!! My nails are bubbly. HOW?! SMH. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
