This place was not worth the money! I payed $50 for a white full set. The nail tech was rude and rough. He smudged my nails in multiple places, grabbed my hands however he pleased, and couldn’t communicate. Along with this, they completely forgot about my cousin who had asked for an appointment before me. She waited over an hour for a french tip manicure and it was awful. Do not recommend going here to anyone.

Not impressed. Could barley understand anyone. The younger man did my daughters nails did a good job and was nice but the older man that did mine rushed and couldn’t even take the piece of fuzz that stuck to my nail off and just painted over it. It also was not very clean.

This salon is awful. My manicure and pedicure were super rushed (she finished both in less than an hour), and they left me with thick bumpy nails. I also got a fungal infection. I paid $15 extra for the “spa treatment” for the tech to just rub exfoliator and lotion on my feet/legs. I didn’t even get the hot stone treatment because it was too hot and she kept burning me with it. I didn’t expect 5 star from a mall nail salon, but this salon isn’t even a 1 star. $80 wasted

I got my nails done here for 50$ and this is what they look like 2 days later. They rushed it as well usually when i get my nails done it takes nearly and hour if not more they finished within 25-30 minutes.

The girl working on me did a very good job. The older man, Lee, who worked on my fiancé was too rough and she kept asking him nicely to be more gentle, but he wouldn’t. Finally she asked for someone else and he got mad and yelled at her, at one point telling her to shut her mouth. The lack of professionalism was inexcusable and from many other reviews not an isolated incident. Do not go here!

I called and asked if there was a wait, the women who answered with broken English said no, you come now, no wait . Then I asked how much for a French dip, she said $40 so I went was there within 5 minutes. I had to wait, she said 10 minutes, ok? It was more like 20, then the older guy did my nails, he asked me if I wanted them cut , I said yes a little , he cut them way too short . I kept my mouth shut , then the older woman came over and was talking to him in their language and I could see by the way they were looking and pointing they were talking about another customer and they were laughing. You don’t have to speak another language to understand that , FYI. Then he cut my thumb, I’m still quiet .. He hands me the receipt, it say $50, I’m still quiet until the older woman with the broken English tells me $1 discount when you pay w card , then she points at a paper and it says “discount “ , then she hands me the receipt with the “discount “ which is a “fee” for $1.. I then said to her she told me a “French “ dip was $40, she said “you no say white “ I told her “French” is white.. I am sorry but she should not be answering the phone if she can not speak English, she knows damn well what French means , she knew there was a wait and lied and $1 is not a discount it’s a fee.. I will NEVER go back .. You have no business charging a $1 fee and call it a discount, use a translator and get someone who speaks English to answer the phone !

I highly recommend this place. I know mall nail spot always get a bad reputation, but they are really quality. Not only that but the staff is very friendly and welcoming. This is the only place I trust with my nails!! Definitely give them a try, you won’t regret it!!

I got a beautiful color but I got really long nails and the whole time I was there they laughed at my nails and they kept saying I shouldn’t have gotten them so long, this isn’t the first time I’ve gotten long nails and they have not looked this way, they are bumpy and very uneven and the back are ugly and in filed. They didn’t shape the nails enough, I also got bounced around 4 different nail techs. I didn’t appreciate them rushing my nails and not taking time for the prices they were charging. Do not recommend coming here.
