1st and last time going there I asked for a fill and color change he didn’t even fill my nails he just drilled my acrylic nail down to my regular nail and the he used profanity to me and I’m only a teenager. He rushed doing my nails it only took like 5-10 minutes when I go to my regular salon it’s about 30 minutes to an hour my nail polish is already coming off and i was there only a couple minutes ago highly upset would not recommend at all!!

TERRIBLE service. If I could give zero stars I would. I decided to give them a try because the other local nail salon was closed for vacation–never again. All I asked for was a basic pedicure. The tech rushed through it and motioned me to get out of his chair the second he finished the coat of paint without even giving me a moment to look at them (there wasn’t anyone waiting). I waddled over to pay, still in shock. Once I was in my car I noticed that the paint was all messed up and nails were uneven. I have never had a worst pedicure in my life. A huge waste of my limited time and $35 .

Nails look lovely however the price was 10 dollars more than the pedicure I chose. Owner very rude when I questioned it. Actually made me feel stupid. Have been coming here for a long time. Will reconsider return trip. Pedicure

First experience here was decent- second time they made me bleed and seemed like they don’t know what they are doing. Shouldn’t of tried a 3rd time. One week and my gel is peeling and discolored, they want to charge full price to fix it. He said you must use bleach- not our fault. I explained I have a house keeper and I don’t bleach my own house- he said they lasted 7 days so that’s enough. 7 days for gel is not standard or acceptable. I’ll pay full price and bring my business somewhere else. ♀️ Recently relocated here and I usually go to a nail salon every 2 weeks, they just lost a customer. I’ll find somewhere else, who will make it right if their product/service is failing.

I took my daughter to get a full set of acrylic nails and one of the guys rushed right through it when I mentioned to them that the quality of work he did wasn’t good he questioned me. Never offered a refund. I mentioned to him that I spend over $200 Every 2 weeks and he said it didn’t matter. They don’t appreciate the business.. do not go there !!!

Absolutely the WORST experience ever. They are rude and just nasty. And they spoke the entire time about my daughter and me. In Vietnamese….. laughing and talking about my daughter and me the entire time. I spoke up about it, and the lady told me to mind my business. Horrible customer service with NO people skills. I did pay her, but I left before she finished.I won’t use them OR recommend them to anyone. The service/experience was BELOW a 1. Ridiculous.
