I’ve been getting my nails done for 20 years at least and this place I’ve been going to now 2 yrs. almost. Technicians are excellent, current on all of the latest techniques and clean and I’m very picky about my nails ( long and curved)! Real family atmosphere. Wouldn’t go anywhere else! Probably the worst set of nails I’ve ever had. I don’t even think the guy knew what he was doing, it took him 10 minutes after switching boxes to decide which nail to place on my fingers and I should have listened to my gut and walked out then. Unfortunately I stayed cause I wanted my nails done for an interview I had the next day. They all came out crooked and uneven, the shape was no where near what I asked for after trying to correct him multiple times and they all just laughd. Then at checkout he was asking the guy how to ring, I believe he was training. If someone is paying almost $100 to recieve a service they shouldn’t be putting untrained people to do it. I’ll never go back again.

Told the technician I was in for a dip , due to design he stated that he needed to use a brush. I mentioned multiple times I was allergic to acrylic and that is why I needed dips. He proceeded to put on the dip nails with the brush and purple liquid assured me that I was in good hands and would have no reactions. I am now going back tomorrow morning for an explanation on why I am now having an allergic reaction and realizing that he lied and used acrylic products. Itching and swelling is not a usual reaction to dip nails that I have had multiple times. I am very upset and will be demanding a refund along with an apology .

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. nail tech was VERY VERY rude and impatient. color didn’t turn out to be the right one and gave me an attitude what i said i didn’t like it. refused to fix the way i wanted. refused to take it off. i will never be returning to this salon again. was a waste of my money to walk out with something i didn’t ask for.

I haven’t even had my acrylic set for a week and they’ve already begun to fall off, not even break. Got charged $80 for nails that are normally $50-60 so for them to be falling off is unacceptable and not worth it. Acrylic nails

Private tech prices for rude service, being told no, and illegal product that burns your nails. When I told them the product BURNS I was told that it’s normal! It’s not normal!! My last 2 sets w gel polish chipped after 4 days and when I told Phong he told me to stop complaining and smile. Great service for a loyal customer.

Went for a basic pedicure. The guy doing it cut a chunk of skin from my pinky toe while trimming nails & it still hurts 12 hours later. $40 after tip. Not impressed. Pedicure

I will never go back to that shop again. The owners wife Heather is so nasty and rude. I had my nails done by a male, and I wasn’t satisfied, she told me that it was my fault, that I must have done something to them. Never again will I go to that location!

Mothers Day Weekend. Think they were too busy to give us A++ service?? Think again! My mom and I along with 2 sisters came and they asked if we’d like a private room, brought us water bottles, were friendly and gave great pedicures! Before we left we were handed white roses for mothers day. Will definitely return
