Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went in for a mani-pedi with my sister and while the pedicure was basic, I also asked for acrylics.I assumed the woman who did my nails had a hard time seeing, so I just gave her the benefit of the doubt. I asked her twice to reshape my nails because the acrylic was uneven and the tips were bulbous. Two times. I spent a total of $177 here and she hovered over me when it came down to signing my receipt, complimenting my tattoos thinking I was going to give her a large tip. I told the gentleman who was working on my sister’s nails and he literally did nothing, just looked at me. Lol I’ve been coming here for a while now and my nails look horrible. they’re already coming off a week later. Critical: Quality, ValueI was honestly excited to get my nails done at first, but they didn’t give a good service to my nails. Maybe I had high expectations but the quality was very disappointing and was charged way too much. I will advice you to your money and time. Critical: ProfessionalismI will never go back here again. I went there one time before for a full set of acrylic nails and they were terrible you could literally see the nail tip still there it wasn’t even covered with anything. It was super sloppy. Months had passed and I said OK let me try this again so I went today and I got a full set of acrylics from a different person this time and they were still bad. The sizes of my nails are so uneven, a bit of my tip are still showing. I went there one time before for a full set of acrylic nails and they were terrible you could literally see the nail tip still there it wasn’t even covered with anything. It was super sloppy. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThis is my go to place to get a pedicure done, i go every 2-4 weeks to get a pedicure! they are the absolute sweetest workers there when you’re done with your pedicure and it dries they even help you put on your shoes! This is my go to place to get a pedicure done, i go every 2-4 weeks to get a pedicure! they are the absolute sweetest workers there when you’re done with your pedicure and it dries they even help you put on your shoes!
