So here is the deal, if I spend $45 on a manicure, being a student and all, it should last me more than a week. I got the SNS Dip Powder nails after getting the old set of powder removed because they didn’t look good anymore. The removal itself was $5, which I was told at the register before paying. The new dip nails were $35 in silver polish and they didn’t even turn out like the example that I was shown. The spots missing glitter in the picture are actually missing because they have rubber off from normal activities. I knew I should have been concerned when what seemed to be the manager kept looking over the shoulder of the gentleman doing my manicure at the time. Barely one week later two of my nails have painfully chipped into the jagged things that honestly hurt. Overall, I paid way too much for a disappointing color and poor experience.

I get lousy service at the pedicure. The girl did not want to cut my nails, I asked her to file them square and I explained why I always work with closed shoes. Then she charges me an additional 5 dollars for just clear nail polish and she tells me why it was Gel and it was a regular nail polish. It was my first time and I took a bad view.

Waited a couple hours and someone without a appointment got put in a chair before me. I was like ok maybe she’s getting something done that won’t take so long but she wasn’t. I understand being under staffed but they weren’t. Then when I suggested that I maybe just make an appointment for another day they took like 15 minutes to do that. I was given a gift certificate to this place so I have to go back and I’m dreading it. I hope it’s better next time.
