Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis was the first time ever using this nail shop, I came in with a picture of some Christmas nails, nothing drastic just a couple different colors and white stripes on red nails. I asked if she could do this and if she would help me pick some colors out that were close to the picture. She seemed annoyed and called someone over he came over and told me to pick my own colors out. Which I thought was rude because I needed help, but whatever I just ended up doing red nails because I felt like I was inconveniencing them. It was obvious she was new and they didn’t look the best but I smiled and paid and thanked her. I paid $40+ and after 3 days one of the nails just popped off and I can tell the others are about too also. I understand people have to learn and I am honestly more upset about the poor customer service than with the bad nail job. There is absolutely no reason to work in the public and not have good customer service especially to a first timer like myself. Just very upsetting. I usually go to Ameri Nails on Chenal and am always greeted with a smile and always get help and recommendations when I ask. I do not think I will be trying this location out again. This was the first time ever using this nail shop, I came in with a picture of some Christmas nails, nothing drastic just a couple different colors and white stripes on red nails. I asked if she could do this and if she would help me pick some colors out that were close to the picture. The woman who did my nails had ugly dirty nails herself. Three days later I developed pink eye in my left eye. I needed my nails done before the Christmas holidays and was out shopping and saw this nail salon. I was the only client. My instinct was to leave when I saw the condition if the manicurist nails, but I didn’t. My nails were fine, but thinking back the entire place was unsanitary. I called the health department.

I drive all the way from Houston Tx to make sure once I’m in town. I don’t go to no other place to get my nails or eyebrows done. I give five stars also because they do good quality work and they are very polite and understanding of what you came to get done. I am so shocked at the negative reviews, but hey it wouldn’t be America aka life if you didn’t have some negative reviews about anything in this world. I’ve been dealing with them for years. Katie and Fisher are great, excellent at what they do. I drive all the way from Houston Tx to make sure once I’m in town. I don’t go to no other place to get my nails or eyebrows done. I give five stars also because they do good quality work and they are very polite and understanding of what you came to get done. Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityThis was my first visit and I can say I loved the work !!! Not only was the staff nice the customers were even welcoming !!! My pedi and mani was not rushed and the paint job was awesome. Man do I even mention how good the massage was !!! Excellent!!! I will definitely be returning back !!!!Services: Pedicure, Manicure
