Disappointed. It doesn’t matter if they have 5 people in store or I’m the only one they rush and skip steps. Got a pedicure and the young man kept making my toes bleed, when I said “ow” he didn’t even flinch or apologize. Nails were cut crooked and he didn’t even file them after. Got what was supposed to be the deluxe where they exfoliate lotion and rub your feet and legs and he didn’t even exfoliate this time. The only upside is that I was able to get in on short notice, but that’s probably because they miss out on business because of the reviews. They used to do an awesome job but now it feels like they don’t even care. I know people have off days and I don’t usually do reviews but the poor service has continued.

Critical: QualityThe past 2 times I’ve been here have been terrible, cured my nails terribly and the second time I was the only one in the place so no need to rush but my nails are so bad I need to get a whole new set next time. They’re so lumpy and have polish and acrylic all over my cuticles, the nails themselves are very thick and almost claw shaped. The past 2 times I’ve been here have been terrible, cured my nails terribly and the second time I was the only one in the place so no need to rush but my nails are so bad I need to get a whole new set next time. They’re so lumpy and have polish and acrylic all over my cuticles, the nails themselves are very thick and almost claw shaped. Terrible place NEVER go here they make you pay before painting and they do a horrible job!!! Thumb nail peeled as soon as I left the place and they don’t even get close to what you ask for!!! After that I called and asked for my money back the guy said yes went after getting them fixed by somewhere else because it was just terrible he yelled at me in front of 5 customers and got them involved and gave me $5 all in ones!!! Terrible terrible place.

Would not recommend this place. Called and scheduled appts for 3 people- 2 pedicures, nail removal with new gel and a gel manicure. The gel manicure was on super short nails for my daughter and they got it on her cuticles and charged $35. Our pedicures were horrible barely scrubbed heels that needed it and lasted maybe 25 mins. When the owner asked about my nail removal I explained yes I called and scheduled that over the phone, Then the owners were fighting in their language in the back of salon about it as 5 more ladies walked in. I decided to skip having my nails done, paid for the horrible services and left.

Horrible service, this is the second time I go in and they can’t accommodate me!! They keep saying they don’t have time for me even tho it’s 2 hours before closing, I then ask if the next day is available and they say no!!!? Don’t recommend

my experience was terrible. the guy made me bleed. i have a big cut on my finger from being to rough. he made me pay in the process of doing my nails. i just wanted to walk out then. when i left within a hour the nail polish was sliding off like it was still wet. worse experience, never going back there again.
