I called today to see if they had time for a manicure because my nails and cuticles are just out of shape. Sat down in front of the lady and she put a book in front of me with colors. I decided to do a dip powder instead of just the manicure. So she gets the file out and asked me about the shape. I told her I liked the shape and to file very little. My nails are already short. She shortened them and basically filed down the very middle so they were super square and uneven. If I correct the square then I have zero nails. What is it with salons and the thought that they need the roughest file in the world on natural nails so it erases the nail in a few passes!? It’s ridiculous! That was the first annoyance. Then she gets the drill out and I said I wanted a manicure. So she reaches to the next station for a bowl of cold water, I dip my hands in for about 3 seconds when she pulls them out pour something on them, I put them back in and another 4 seconds later, before my hands have even soaked at all, she pulls one out and starts cutting dry cuticles with cuticle nippers that she took out of the drawer. Clearly not sanitized like the set of sanitized tools in a packet that she put on the station and never used. I’ve been in the beauty industry for about 35 years and I understand the sanitation rules. After that she gets the drill out and is drilling my nails so much that I asked her why she was taking off so much natural nail for just a dip.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI have gone to Lee’s many times to get acrylics and was initially willing to pay much higher prices because I was satisfied with how my nails turned out. I noticed as I became a regular customer the prices continued to go up while the quality of the work dropped. The pink set in the photo was one that I loved from June 2020 but it was incredibly simple… I payed $70 total including a $10 tip for them. At the time, I rationalized paying that much because I wanted to help their business after the COVID shutdown. I now realize it was still completely ridiculous to pay that much. The other picture was from March 2021. I was charged $80 total including a $5 tip. The picture speaks for itself. The work was sloppy and rushed…no professional in their right mind would charge a client $75 for that kind of work. What annoys me the most is I know Lee is capable of making clean lines as I have seen pictures of his work on other clients. So why does he value some customers enough to produce quality work but not others? Worse experience ever! Very mean nail tech..not a pleasant environment! Do not waste your money. Lee does nails well but if he is not around you will be treated horribly!!

I called several times got disconnected or just no answer at all. We’re still fairly new to this area but heard Ms. Lee was one of the best in the area? I guess she was unavailable for two weeks! My daughter was disappointed, due to it being here birthday! So I will let you all rate her My daughter and I are still waiting.

Started coming here a month ago Ken did an amazing job….Pedicure done by his mom was a horrible experience she kept cutting me with the cuticle remover and the nail buffer was not satisfied so one of the guys had to come finish, Now it’s time for a fill I call to make sure Ken was in and he continues to tell me he’s busy, So I drive to the nail shop and no one is in the nail shop. I sit down to get my fill and every 2 seconds he’s picking up his phone. So fast forward to Saturday the 6th I and my grandbaby go in for pedicures he tells me it a 3.5 hour wait so I leave and call 3 hours later and no one answers the phone. Ok so today Aug 8 I call and he tells me he’s busy I drive to the nail shop just to see and there is no one in the nail shop. I will not be returning cause Ken is a liar! You lost a great and well tipping customer.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone to check Lee Nails out. Very nice, clean atmosphere. They take their time on your nails and especially that good old pedicure. Will have u in the chair sleep. I couldn’t thank them enough. I’ll see you guys in two weeks

I’m given this place one star because I’ve had my nails on for literally a week now and I’m already missing 5 nails. They are falling off like stick on nails. The first one fell off literally the day after I got them done. Definitely wasted my money coming here . Acrylic nails
