I YI YI….if you enjoy being screamed at – YES, screamed at — for not choosing your color fast enough and for not understanding her, then this is the place for you. The male tech RUSHED the entire process, dropping his tools several times, and his hands shook because he was being screamed at too. He nicked me twice with the scissors and the file burned he was pressing soo hard.
