Told me my nails would cost 70 when I told her they looked nothing like the picture and to remove the polish she got upset and charged me 105 tonight for nails that look horrible even she herself admitted to me they were a mess but if I come in tomorrow she would fix them this place is pathetic I would never recommend them. Critical: ProfessionalismI received a gift card for Christmas and called on New Year’s Day to make sure they were open. They said yes until 5pm. I walked in at 3pm there were 3 customers there. The man greeted me and asked how he could help me. I said I needed a pedi and had a gift card. His attitude changed very much as soon as he knew I was using a gift card. He said they wouldn’t have enough time to do mine because they close early at 5pm. I said it’s 3! He said we don’t have time, you can make an appointment for tomorrow. I said no thanks I’ll take my business to Davenport. I literally drove 30 minutes to get there for no reason. Very unprofessional. 2 hours was plenty of time! My gift card was paid for with money just like everyone else’s! I guess since they already got their money they didn’t care about good customer service!
