I scheduled an appointment for my maid of honor and I the day before my wedding (September 16th, 2022). After they completed our pedicures they got my friend into a nail chair right away and completely forgot about me. I asked when I was going to be taken care of and they said “in 10 minutes” twice. By the time my friend was 75% done with her full set they told me another 5 minutes. In this time they had taken several appointments and walk-in services. My friend was completely done before they had a space open for me; needless to say, I did not get my nails done. Her nails were all different shapes and painted incredibly thick. After a week our toes were chipped. I paid nearly $200 for both of us and I still had to purchase press-on nails for my wedding. The lack of quality control and customer service is deplorable.

Went in to get my nails done for my wedding. Showed them a picture instead of saying they couldn’t do it the lady complained the entire time till i said just do a french tip. The got mad when i wanted my nails shorter like it changed how much she got paid. She filed my nails 5 times cut me in 4 different spots and never said sorry while i was bleeding.

I had my nails painted with Gel and they were perfectly shaped and my nail was completely covered with color. Staff was helpful. Price is higher than normal for just Gel, no manicure. (Tips are only able to be given as cash.)

I discovered this place thru a family member who suggested we try it since the other place we were going to were over priced & actually were damaging our nails & NOT doing well with the pedicures at all. We’ve been going here since. My mom & I have been going there since. I have read the other reviews & have to say that I have never had a negative experience. If something is not to my satisfaction they fix it with no problem. I don’t wait until I leave to throw a fit & give a negative review. They are all very nice & super understanding. If something is not satisfactory at least tell them & give them a chance.

I was very disappointed. Said I wouldn’t go back. However I tried to be positive about it and think maybe it was just old polish…….So I decided I wanted to get my nails done again, full set. A friend of mine said go to Lee’s. I thought why? Been there done that. No thanks! So, I decided to. She told me have Danny do your nails. Fine! Scheduled the appointment and had a pedi done too. The gentleman that did my pedi was really good. Totally recommend! And Danny did my full set……Very particular! Did a very nice job. They don’t speak very good English however, won’t prevent me from spending my money there. I now would recommend this place. I was very disappointed. Said I wouldn’t go back. However I tried to be positive about it and think maybe it was just old polish…….So I decided I wanted to get my nails done again, full set.
