On 7/28 I called ahead to confirm the time for the latest walk-in. I was told by the owner 6:30. I got there between 6:20-6:25pm. I was greeted with “we can’t do your nails, we’re closed” and I told him I was the one that called and asked about the latest they took clients today. The Owners response “ I don’t care we can’t do you’re nails we are too busy” and I him why he didn’t express that over the phone he then proceeds to raise his voice and try to dismiss the question as he motions his hand for me to leave. I told him he was very disrespectful and for the amount of money I’ve paid on my nails at his shop previously that this type of behavior towards a customer was unacceptable. He told me he didn’t care I was a customer or what I’ve spent before in so many words. So I left but I made sure to post and tell people that I know not to waste your money or time he is rude and doesn’t appreciate customers. Been here many times never had an issue prior to that day. Will never return. Unprofessional!!

Critical: Cleanliness, QualityDO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SHOP! This is the only nail shop I used to go to but they’ve gotten worse over the years. The workers are extremely unsanitary and do not clean their tools after they use them. They are also extremely rough with your fingers, as far as popping the nails off and drilling the nail bed. I came here to get a pedicure about 2 weeks ago and that was my last visit. My feet were perfectly fine and a few days after leaving the shop I ended up getting toe nail fungus on my big toe. The lady used dirty tools and expired nail polish and hardener on my toes. I will NEVER be back.DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SHOP! It’s unfortunate I was so excited to try them out for the first time. From the beginning the experience felt very rushed which is understandable since I went the day before thanksgiving, but the nail tech would stop in between working on my nails to talk to other people in an excessive manner. Then the nail tech was very abrasive with using the tech tools to the point where I felt like my nail was burning a couple or times. She at first told me we couldn’t do coffin nails because my nails were too short so we agreed to do square shape but then she changed her mind and went for coffin. When I noticed they weren’t looking at right I kindly asked if she could round them up instead. She started going off because I asked her that complaining about how I should have said something earlier and that she was almost done… needless to say it was the worst experience I had at any nail tech so far. Very negative experience overall…
