Sam and Michelle are both great nail technicians and artists!! I came in last minute and asked for a complicated design and not once did either of them complain or try to change what i wanted. I’ve gone to every salon in Morris/Grundy County and Lee Nails has NEVER failed me! Amazing staff, and they do a really good job. There is also this one young woman who just graduated and she is so kind I love her. They’re so nice over there. I had an ingrown toe nail one day, and I tried to fix it and I ended up just going in, and the kind owner said if this happens again. Don’t try and fix it. That she will take care of it, and I’ll only charge you $5. They’re really cool.

The staff was very nice. I did find it odd that I had two different people doing my nails I had one apply the nails and another finish everything else the second guy didn’t have me wash dust off my hands at all which I found odd but thought okay maybe that’s not a common thing then he painted them got nail polish on my finger messed up my design a little bit but it was complicated I’ll give him that but when I got home I saw that you could see through my nails and now after 10 days they completely fell off they are supposed to last up to three weeks I’m a stay at home mom they shouldn’t have fallen off none of my other nails have

Normally I have French tip gel polish applied, for some reason something was lost in the translation. A light pink application with white tips, simple! Danny first started my nails and when I questioned why he was leaving such a gap from the cuticles with the polish, a lady came and finished my service. Actually the polish was so thick when she fixed what he screwed up, I asked her to just stop. When I checked out the receptionist asked about my experience, awful was all I could say!

Critical: Quality, ValueI picked a color off of their samples that appeared as a very pale powder tan with a tint of pink. After applying to my nails it looked like a hot pink. They changed the color for me but acted as if I should’ve known their color pallets have been sun bleached. I was told that the no chip nail polish would last about 3 weeks when it started cracking within hours of getting them done. It hasn’t even been a week and there are chips of paint missing all over my nails.
