Positive: ValueI like the shop . Everyone is nice and professional for the most part . I’m not a fan of the straight nail look . I’d appreciate more options for nails tips . Also , I got a design they had previously done on another client it was beautiful . However , I expected the shaping Kim did to be much better rather than being told it can’t be done .Evidently it could be due to the picture I provided . I appreciate when businesses listen to what their customers want and prefer rather than being told what they think looks best or what the trend maybe . Overall , it was a great experience. I like the shop . Everyone is nice and professional for the most part . I’m not a fan of the straight nail look . I’d appreciate more options for nails tips . Also , I got a design they had previously done on another client it was beautiful . Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThis place is amazing. It is under new management (owned by Kim) who has been doing my nails for years now. She always goes above and beyond what I ask for and has never failed to amaze with me with her amazing, precise work. Her self and her staff do a beautiful job and give you exactly what you want and how you want it. They put so much time and effort into their work and know how to truly satisfy their clients. They are professionals in designs and do the best trendy nails. It’s always such a positive experience coming in here. I could not recommend this place more so if you are looking for a go to nail salon, this is the right place! This place is amazing. It is under new management (owned by Kim) who has been doing my nails for years now. She always goes above and beyond what I ask for and has never failed to amaze with me with her amazing, precise work. Her self and her staff do a beautiful job and give you exactly what you want and how you want it. They put so much time and effort into their work and know how to truly satisfy their clients. Needed my nails done for my engagement shoot tomorrow and I am so impressed by the work. I got a new set and 3D flower art on my nails and I’m already getting so many compliments! Previously at other salons, my nail color would bubble, the shape would be off, etc.. with Kim the finish is always on point. I’ve had my nails done with her for a while and I will never go anywhere else. Made sure to prebook on my way out and can’t wait to see what other designs we come up with.
