When we were seated they tried to push a no chip manicure on my mom at least 3 times and when she finally agreed they gave her a regular manicure and didn’t have the right drying equipment so it smudged and looks awful. We were told it was $12.50 but they charged $20. Well I like the manicure I received they gave me a design without asking and charged $5 extra. Tried to force me to use their ATM machine to pay in cash even though they accept credit cards. Then they didn’t like the tip amount and I had to leave more. When we were seated they tried to push a no chip manicure on my mom at least 3 times and when she finally agreed they gave her a regular manicure and didn’t have the right drying equipment so it smudged and looks awful.
