This was the worst salon experience I’ve ever had. She did nothing to remove dead skin from my heels or cuticles and no massage. She argued with me about what I asked for, and when I asked her to go straight across for a square line she actually tried to hand me the nail clippers to do it myself. She announced everything she was doing so everyone in the place knew about my personal nail issues and even announced out loud that she was going to “clean the black stuff from under my nails” LOL. I didn’t know whether to laugh or smack her! $30 to be insulted and get half a pedicure. I’d give less than one star if I could. Find another salon!

Walking in I was greeted with an attitude and told that i’m early and will have to wait(i was 5 minutes early). They took me back finally after wait 30 minutes. When i finally got back the bed to lay on looked dirty and the person doing my lashes was mediocre at best. The appointment was painful, I have had extensions in the past and never experienced anything like this! She asked half way through if I wanted natural or glam, I said natural. This is not what I got, I got full glam. My appointment was 3 days ago and I have had nothing but pain the lashes are low quality and are already falling off! I would not recommend to anyone! 0/10!!

Leann is awesome and all the guys that work there are great too. She has done my nails 3 times now and every time they have been great quality usually I break a nail just 2-3 days after getting them done but my first set with her I was able to wear for a month before I just had to have a new color and trim. This is an excellent salon.

I went and got dip nails and had my toe nails polished, my toes look good however my dip nails are below subpar I’m not happy and won’t be going back, my nails look like they took a water dropper and dropped the powder on my nails and didn’t even it out, I have mountains on almost every nail and they completely messed up the shape. I won’t be going back ever again. You get charged top tier prices for extremely low quality work, and the dip powder wasn’t applied properly either. I’d rather do them myself at home then go back this establishment.

Poor experience, only two workers and although I didn’t wait too long, there were others who waited 1 hour for her manicure. The man that took care of me did a poor job, cut my big toe nail below the nail quick line, left polish on the skin around the nails, cleaning around nails was uneven and messy. I LOVE this nail salon! They always do an amazing job! I’ve been coming here for months and will not go anywhere else! I had a bad experience in the past with getting my feet done at another salon and today I felt comfortable enough to let Lee’s do my feet for the first time since! They were amazing as usual and my feet feel great and toes look awesome! I brought my sis in today to get her nails done as well ❤ HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM

I came here to get my nails done and I brought my little cousin with me to get her nails done for the first time. The older gentlemen gave my little cousin a full set and cut two of her fingers with the nail file and they bled, he didn’t file her nails how she asked and he painted them wrong. She asked for blue on her middle fingers and the rest to be black, on her right hand he did them correctly but on her left hand he painted the ring finger instead. The younger gentlemen who did my nails was in a rush and was only putting acrylic on a couple nails and was trying to hide it, when I asked for him to apply the acrylic he did. He didn’t paint my nails all the way and they were lumpy. While I was trying to let my nails dry because they were still wet, the younger women who did pedicures kept telling me I needed to pay. She wouldn’t stop until I finally messed my nails up taking the money out of my wallet and before I could count it she snatched the money out of my hands and didn’t give me my change. I will never return to this nail salon and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to either. Horrible service and a horrible way to treat customers.
