Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThis is the first Google review I’ve ever written, and hopefully the last. But the service here was so bad that I feel obligated to write some thing. I called ahead and asked if there was any wait time for me and my friends to get our nails done. I was told over the phone that there was no wait. After we arrive there’s about three or four people in front of us waiting for services. The lady in the back is working on a young girls nails, but young girl states that she’s not happy with the final product because it’s not exactly what she asked for which she was then told by the nail tech that she doesn’t care if it’s not what she asked for she has to pay and leave. Another customer then began to verbally assault the young girl complaining about her nails, as the other nail techs and owners just laughed and shooed her out of the store. About two hours later it was our turn to sit down and get our services done. I showed the nail tech a simple design of what I wanted which included a small design on each one of my ring fingers. She then told me she can’t do any type of design other than just normal polish. No polkadots no stripes no lines no flowers no nothing. I’ve been switched what I wanted originally and found another design that was much simpler. While doing my nails she messed up repeatedly and I had to ask her to fix it because she was just gonna leave it that way until I said some thing. I can tell she was frustrated that I asked her to fix my nails that were clearly smeared and messed up. The services I got were definitely not worth $70 of my money, and I hope nobody else comes here to waste their money for rude employees and under mediocre work. As you can see in the pics the lines are not straight at all and bleed into the clear part. This is the first Google review I’ve ever written, and hopefully the last. But the service here was so bad that I feel obligated to write some thing. I called ahead and asked if there was any wait time for me and my friends to get our nails done. I was told over the phone that there was no wait. Critical: QualityI went for an acrylic soak off, mani and pedicure. The pedicure felt rushed but overall my feet turned out fine. All 3 staff members there took turns on my hands. I left with 3 fingers bleeding and red. Will not be returning. I understand they have to work fast but even the most simple manicure was sloppily done, I could have done a better job at home. I went for an acrylic soak off, mani and pedicure. The pedicure felt rushed but overall my feet turned out fine. All 3 staff members there took turns on my hands. I left with 3 fingers bleeding and red. Will not be returning. I understand they have to work fast but even the most simple manicure was sloppily done, I could have done a better job at home. I paid $67 for barely a one star service.

The employees were RUDE , we had to wipe the nail stations down because they were FILTHLY and the polish on my gel nails chipped on THE SAME DAY !!!
