I stopped in there and asked the girl if she did UV gel nails he said no we don’t do UV gel, but I can do acrylic over your UV gel nails absolutely cannot do that and I told her you cannot do that. Never mind I’ll find somewhere she said I can do whatever I want. Let me tell you. This happened before at a different nail shop and then it took 2 1/2 hours to clean my nails up because they screwed them up so if you have UV gel nails and you go to Lee nail salon in Spring Hill you’re gonna have a disaster and I don’t know who the girl was that told me that at the place, but she has no clue made me sick

I went to Lee Nails 5 days ago, Owner was rude and did not do as I requested. I specifically said I wanted the regular polish for my fill. They put gel polish on and charged me 40.00. within the 2nd day first nail cracked and broke, the 3rd day another nail cracked and broke and another nail chipped. I have been getting my nails done for 20 + years and nothing like this happens. I called and they told me it would be 8.00 per nail to fix. Never again will I go back. They rip you off, and they make rude comments about the clients in Vietnamese, little did they know my sister in law is vietnamese and I have learned the language. When I spoke in Vietnamese let’s say I really embarrassed them.

BEWARE!!!! Of the way the owner and her daughter speak to you and belittle you!!! Her work and the prices are NOT worth the way she makes you feel. RUN!! Away from this place. I had been using Amy and her services for months prior to my last appointment. I have always been happy with the way my nails are taken care of and the services she has provided. Today I got to see the real Amy and how she handles her business and her clients as well as the way she speaks to them. I wish I could rate zero stars. Disgusting. Unprofessional.

Critical: ProfessionalismCarin B.Spring Hill, FL027/12/2021I have been to this place 3 previous times. Linda always did a great job on my nails. The last time I was there, when I went to pay, the price had gone up considerably, which I was not aware of, nor was there anything posted to let clients know. I did comment about the higher price when I went to pay and was told that cost of products have risen, so they raised their prices. I paid the higher price, still gave her a large tip, and she even wrote the new prices on the receipt so I would know next time.Went in today to make an appointment and was told that she does not want to do my nails anymore. Makes no sense. Reason she gave – that I have issues with how appointments are made. NEVER have I said anything to her or anyone else in that shop regarding appointments. Like any other nail or hair salon, you either stop in to make an appointment or call – which is what I’ve always done, and taken whatever was available to me.
