If you are looking for a spa experience, this is not that, it’s more of a nail salon without the frills which makes it efficient and reasonably priced. The nail techs are happy and did an excellent job on my pedicure and gel manicure. They pay attention to detail and do their best. I also loved how the owners have really kind relationships with their regular customers with obvious mutual respect. I will definitely come back.

I asked for. My toes to match my hands she attempted to do it using something different she started over I explained if you can’t just ask someone else the entire tine the OWNER was sitting their listening to us argue about my feet not saying anything I proceed to just ask him if someone else could fix my toes he said no and that he didn’t cats and that I will wait until his wife returns after he’s already gotten my money he calls ppl names thinking it’s funny he has started many times he don’t like ppl so my question is why are you open for business

My first experience was my last. They were absolutely horrible! I was serviced by the owner Helen who had the worst customer service ever. She did a rush job on my service. I came in for fill in on a ombré set I got from a different salon. She took the fill acrylic up so far it didn’t even look the same. When I asked her to fix it back she immediately jumped to saying I came in like that and if she fixed it she would charge me extra for it. Next came the pedicure, she criticized me in multiple ways which is enough in itself. Got to the polish part, she left my sides unpolished and when I asked her to please fill them in she caught an attitude and sloppily added polish to my toe/skin. She acted as if she didn’t see my issue. When I went to get up I told her I didn’t like the way she polished me and she proceeded to yell “ you’re to picky, nobody can please you”. On to the next I asked someone else (Emily) to fix them, she immediately said no, I asked why not she said because I need to ask the person who did them to fix them and if she did them she would charge me again to correct the matter. In the middle of our conversation Helen jumps in yelling Im ungrateful, and hard to please and how I will never be happy. I would not recommend this place. It was a horrible first and last experience!

The place was filthy. Had to be extra careful when walking around so as not to trip on anything. The $85 gel manicure and pedicure started to chip in less than a week. Giving an extra star for the massage chair which was the best thing about the place.

I just got my nails done Sunday, Sunday night a nail broke off so I went Monday and got it fixed well today is Tuesday and two more nails that popped off I will never use their service again I normally do not go to them and I never have a nail break but to have three nails break within two days is straight ridiculous and they charged me to fix the one now that broke in less than 4 hours I do not recommend this place at all
